Gerald A. Lasurdo, age 74, of Ronkonkoma, NY died Sunday, September 8, 2013. Mr. Lasurdo was born May 2, 1939 in New York City, NY. He was the son of Isidore and the late Helen (Manning) Lasurdo. He is survived by ; his loving father Isidore Lasurdo, sister: Ellen Messerschmidt of GA, and brothers: Thomas Lasurdo of Northport, NY, Donald Lasurdo of Huntington, NY, James Lasurdo of Huntington, NY. Predeceased by his beloved Mother, Helen Lasurdo. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 am on Thursday, September 12 at St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, 614 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY with Rev. Richard P. Hoerning officiating. Burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale on Thursday, September 12 at 11:00 am. Calling hours will be Wednesday, September 11 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY.
