Jennie Tamburello

Jennie Tamburello, age 90, of Ridge died Saturday, February 15, 2014. Jennie was born January 30, 1924 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late James and Maria (Venezia) Perillo. She is survived by her daughter, Joanne Wright of CT. Two sisters, Rose Greenfeld of Ridge, NY & Irene Modell of ME. She also has 5 grandchildren & one great-grandchild. She was predeceased by her Husband, Anthony and Daughter, Maria Zimmerman. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 am on Saturday, February 22 at St. Anthony of Padua RC Church, Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY with Rev. Richard Hoerning officiating. A private cremation will follow. Burial of her cremains will be in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale at a later date. Calling hours will be Friday, February 21 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. .
