Rolf Egelandsdal, age 78, of Port Jefferson died Sunday, June 7, 2015. Born November 7, 1936 in Norway, he was the son of the late Nina Egelandsdal. He was employed by NAPCO, Amityville, NY as an Engineer. He is survived by his beloved wife: Benedetta(Barbera)Egelandsdal , loving daughter: Tone Nicolich of Rocky Point, NY and two sons: Terje Egelandsdal of Manorville, NY, Rolf Thomas Egelandsdal of Westbury, NY, sisters: Solveilg Sandvik, and Ragnhild Rov; He also has eight cherished grandchildren. A private cremation was arranged by family. A memorial service will be held 11:00 am on Saturday, June 13 at Washington Memorial Park, 855 Canal Road, Mount Sinai, NY.
