Alice Marie Hansen

Alice Marie Hansen, age 95, of Berkley, NJ and formerly of Rocky Point, NY died Tuesday, January 5, 2016. Born March 4, 1920 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Olaf and Olava (Noddeland) Brinch. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John Hansen. She was employed as a secretary for Lamborne Sugar, in Manhattan, NY. She is survived by her loving son: Paul Hansen of Toms River, New Jersey, three cherished Granddaughters, and seven Great Grandchildren. Alice was a dedicated member of: the Brookhaven Senior Citizens Club, the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and the Order of the Eastern Star. Family and friends will meet at the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY, on Friday, January 8, 2016 at 10:00AM, and will follow the funeral procession to Calverton National Cemetery for a 10:30am committal service.
