Dolores Marie Jaskiewicz, age 75, of Ridge, NY, died Tuesday, January 19, 2016. Born February 5, 1940 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Delia (Caron) Jaskiewicz. She was employed by NY Methodist Hospital, New York, New York as an Accountant . She is survived by her loving sisters: Dianne Scamardella of Ridge, NewYork, Arline Murphy of Florida, several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 am on Thursday, January 21 at St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, 614 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY. Calling hours will be Wednesday, January 20 from 2pm-4pm & 7pm-9pm at Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY. So sorry to hear about cousin Dolores’ passing. I’m Arthur Caron’s youngest daughter. My sisters & brothers, Linda, Fran, & John are all praying for your family. I remember that Dolores was very sweet to us as kids when we took the long subway ride from the Bronx to Brooklyn. She was a good daughter to her Mom, our Aunt Delia. We keep her too in our prayers.
