Jordan James Smith, of Rocky Point, NY, died Friday, April 1, 2016 at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is survived by his loving parents Heather (Davis) Smith and Mark, Grand Parents, William & Charlene Davis of Rocky Point, New York; and Herbert & Joy Smith of Patchogue, New York and Great Grand Mother, Maureen Ficeto of Rocky Point, New York. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30am on Friday, April 8 at St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, 614 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. Burial will follow in Washington Memorial Park, Mount Sinai on Friday, April 8 at 10:45am.
