Julia Stoeckert, age 62, of Rocky Point died Sunday, March 5, 2017. Julia was born January 25, 1955 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late Gerard and Louis (Moore) Johnson. She is survived by her husband: Steven Stoeckert , two daughters: Stephanie Stoeckert of Hampton Bays, NY and Jennifer Deian of Hawaii, and eight sons: Joseph Beutel of Rocky Point, NY, Jesse Beutel of Rocky Point, NY, Peter Beutel of Rocky Point, NY, Michael Barone of Rochester, NY, Steven Stoeckert of Southold, NY, Kyle Stoeckert of Hampton Bays, NY, Shawn Stoeckert of Hampton Bays, NY and Justin Stoeckert of Hampton Bays, NY,; one brother: Paul Mayer of Farmingdale, NY; She also has four grandchildren. The prayers will be offered 8:45 pm on Friday, March 10 at Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY. Memorial visiting hours will be Friday, March 10 from 7-9 PM at Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY. To the Family of Jewels,
Julie and I met 45 years ago and always loved each other from the beginning. Even though I married the man she loved. We both gave birth the same day at the Bethpage hospital, me having a girl and Julie a boy (Michael). We had a bond, understanding and she was so special in every way…..After years not contacting each other we connected 6 months ago. She shared her fears, regrets and the love of life her children. She adored her children and her step children. Julie has a place in my heart that will remain there until we meet again. Rest in peace my friend death is only the beginning of life.
