Raymond A. Willmer, age 96, of Rocky Point died Wednesday, August 16, 2017. Raymond was born September 18, 1920 in Brooklyn, NY. He is the son of the late Eno Ernest and Nanda (Christensen) Willmer. He was predeceased by his wife, Elaine M. Quinn in 2004. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He was employed by Service Master as a Manager. He is survived by two sons: Eric Willmer of Hoboken, NJ and Ronald Willmer of Pleasent Hill, California and his daughter, Carolyn Michelitsch of Rocky Point, NY. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren. Prayers will be offered 10:00 am on Friday, August 18 at Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY. Burial will follow in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton. Visiting hours will be Thursday, August 17 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY.
