Michael Anthony Cavalluzzo, age 78, of Ridge died Wednesday, September 20, 2017. Michael was born November 13, 1938 in New York City, NY. He is the son of the late Peter and Jennifer (Esposito) Cavalluzzo. He served in the United States Army. He was employed by the US Postal Service in West Islip, NY as a Supervisor. He is survived by his wife: Phyllis A. (Abbati) Cavalluzzo, three sons: Peter Cavalluzzo of Coram, NY, Vincent Cavalluzzo of Medford, NY and Michael Cavalluzzo of Ridge, NY, his brother: Robert Cavalluzzo of Brewster, NY; He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered 9:00 am on Saturday, September 23 at St. Anthony Of Padua R.C. Church, 614 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY. Private Cremation will follow. Visiting hours will be Friday, September 22 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY.
