Teresa Kumerle

Teresa Kumerle, age 91, of Smithtown died Saturday, March 9, 2019. Teresa was born February 13, 1928 in Manhattan, New York. She is the daughter of the late Frank and the late Theresa (Sailer) Tomasulo. She was predeceased by her Husband, George Kumerle, and Step Granddaughter, Christina La Guer. She is survived by one daughter: Kristine DiRocco of Smithtown, New York and two sons: Kenneth Kumerle of South Carolina and Kevin Kumerle of Brewster, New York. She also has three Grandchildren. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 12 at St. Mark's RC Church, 105 Randall Road, Shoreham, NY. Burial will follow in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton. Visiting hours will be Monday, March 11 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY.
