  1. My Deepest Condolence To My Cousins Elisa ,Gregory and Family

My cousin Carol was 14 years older than me but we were very close. I always looked up to her when I was a kid. Carol was a very quiet and sky girl she like to paint and read she was very smart she graduated a year before her classmates. When I was little I was so intrigued with Carol’s bedroom I loved all her stuff and wanted to play with it , but Carol wasn’t going for it , she would chase me out of her bedroom she didnt like anyone touching her stuff . I think it was because her bedroom was immaculate . I especially loved this bear she had with a graduation cap on his head and I would ask her can I play with him and Carol said no . Well I’m 58 years old and I still think about this bear I think I might need some help Ha Ha . I also loved watching Carol set her hair and by the way this was in the 1960s so Carol would get out the dippity do and these empty soda cans and started setting her hair then she would dry and tease it up WOW it look beautiful and then she would do her makeup and it was perfect. She looked so beautiful. I think that’s why I became a hair dresser/ makeup artist .Well when Carol started dating she met a boy named Michael and what a gem of a man he was so nice and kind everyone loved him. Well they got married and I was flower girl at there wedding. Carol and Michael than had two beautiful children Elisa and Greg which I got the privilege to babysit. We where a very small crazy family . But we had many good times. Holiday where always at Carols house . Carol was very very close with my mother they where always together my mother was Carol Godmother they were connected to the hip. Carol had a lot of big responsibilities at a young age she was taking care of her sick mother and two small children at the same time . This had to be hard on her. I never knew how this would affect her in her life. Well thing changed after that so many of our family members had passed away , The family was getting smaller and smaller, but we where always in touch. When I got older i moved away but we would always call each other on the phone and I would come to visit her in New York ever year Carol and I loved to go shopping we would shop till we dropped and we would loved to talk about all the money we saved on our bargains . Well the last few years have been tough on all of us my husband got very sick I got sick and Carol was sick too. I don’t know how sick she was and I’m very sad I didn’t get to see her . I loved my Carol and always will . I hope she is at peace and with God and all our family members that have gone . I hope she is happy . Well my Dear cousin till I see you again in heaven . I will miss you and I love you very much.

    Love your cousin Zena
