Faith Erbacher, age 74, of Rocky Point died Friday, April 5, 2019. Faith was born January 23, 1945 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late Gus and the late Florence (Hazel) Sigelakis. She was the owner operator of the Children's Garden Day Care in Medford, NY. She is survived by her daughter: Elizabeth (Richard) Mondello of Sound Beach, NY; two sisters: Anne Gemellaro of Eastport, NY and Daphne Sigelakis of North Blenheim, NY,; She also is survived by her Grand Son, Noah Mondello of Sound Beach, NY. She is predeceased by her husband, Edwin Erbacher, and brothers, Thomas Sigelakis, and Gus Sigelakis, Jr. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered 9:30 am on Tuesday, April 9 at St. Anthony Of Padua R.C. Church, 614 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY. Burial will follow at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton in Calverton, NY. My dearest condolences to Elizabeth & Faye’s family. Faye was a cherished childhood friend. We first met when her family moved to East Islip in the 50’s. There are so many beautiful memories of our times spent together.
I can’t physically be there for Faye’s service , but I am with all of her family in my heart.
