Dear Aunt Winnie,
We have been so very blessed to have had you in our lives throughout the years. You have always been like a second mother, advising, consoling, assuring, protecting, and loving. We have been so very thankful to you for your gentle nature, and we will miss you terribly. We are comforted to know you are now reunited with your beloved Uncle Hank and your many dear and beautiful fur babies who have already passed over the Rainbow Bridge. We can just imagine the warm and wonderful welcome that must have been! May God bless you and keep you always. We love you and will have you in our hearts forever. May you rest in peace with the angels.
Love, Judy, George, Jenn, Mark, Julia, Tristan, Chris, and Christine
Dearest Aunt Winnie:
You have been an important part of our family for more than 70 years, through many good times and some bad times, NEVER NOT THERE, and though we should be happy that you will be reunited with Uncle Hank and others dear to you, but we are so very sad that you will not be HERE. You were always loving, generous, steadfast. You shared every holiday and important event with us, and you never forgot our birthdays, anniversaries, important events. You gave us beautiful gifts, but most importantly, you gave us the gift of your TIME. God bless you.
CYNTHIA:
You gave advice when you knew I needed it. You were a role model of professionalism, never gossiping, advising me on the best way to get results in solving life’s problems. You never complained about your own problems in all the years I have known you. Your character and faith in God would not allow it.
On the day in 1946 when you and Uncle Hank married I caused a commotion by saying something innocent but stupid, and we have laughed about it, though you were probably embarrassed by me, and I am sorry. You got me my first job as a teacher, and showed up in a formidable way to give me support when there was no one else. You told me you liked Mickey, the man I love, from the first time you met him.
MICKEY:
I will miss you and your kindness, and thoughts of you will return often as time passes. Your kindness and love will be remembered always.
Love from us both, Cynthia and Mickey
Dear Aunt Winnie,
I have many fond memories of time spent with you. Your kind heart, gentle soul, and beautiful spirit are three things that come to mind when I think of you. Although you are no longer physically here with us, your memory and presence will live on in our hearts forever. I know that you are happy to be back with Uncle Hank, and I know that both of you are smiling down on us all. We love you and you will remain in our hearts forever. Love, Jenn
