Edward Belnick, age 93, of York, Pennsylvania formally of Ridge, New York died Monday, August 17, 2020. Edward was born September 22, 1926 in Westbury, New York. He is the son of the late Paul and the late Mary (Kulynych) Belnick. He was predeceased by his wife, Ruth Kunda in 2012. He served in the Navy during World War II from 1945 to 1946. He had been employed by The Town of Brookhaven as a Plumbing Inspector. He is survived by his daughter: Nancy Belnick of Stony Brook, New York and two sons: David Belnick of York, Pennsylvania and Paul Belnick of Summerville, South Carolina. He also has four Grand Children. Visiting hours will be Friday, August 21 from 12:30PM to 2PM at Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. Burial will follow with Military Honors at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, New York. Social Distancing guidelines, limited to 25 people at a time, will be followed.
