Raoul C. Rasch, age 79, of Rocky Point, New York died Saturday, July 31, 2021. Raoul was born August 20, 1941 in Queens, New York. He is the son of the late Otto Carl and the late Audrey (Meade) Rasch. He was the owner of Raoul C. Rasch Landscaping. Raoul was predeceased by his beloved wife Christine in 2009. He is survived by his loving children, Jeanine (Keith) Sullivan and Russell (Lisa) Rasch. All arrangements including private cremation were entrusted to the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. Visiting hours will be Sunday, August 8, 2021 from 2:00-4:00 PM and 7:00–9:00 PM. The family has asked everyone to follow the CDC Honor system guidelines; all entering without a mask are assumed to be fully vaccinated. They will not have to social distance. Dear Family,
We are Old, Old friends of Raoul from Rocky Point. We lived on Gooseberry Rd. My brother Andre and Raoul were teenaged together. They owned a boat together and had great, fun during their teenage years. Sadly Andre passed away in 2000. My sister Ginger and I remember all our summers in Rocky Point. RIP dear old friend! The Marchetti Family. I am Lisa, older sister.
Dear family. We are old friends when we would summer in Rocky Point. Raul cut our grass. I can remember sitting with all the moms on the beach including Audrey who was a beautiful woman. We are the Falcone’s I’m Maryanne & I’m sure my brother Angelo (Jr) knew him.
