  7. So many fond memories of Joanne and her wonderful special Ed classes throughout my years at Albany Avenue. She was a wonderful teacher and left her mark on so many of her students as well as those of us who had the pleasure of working with her.

  8. candleI grew up across the street from JoAnn in Farmingdale from 1960-70. She was always the positive, cheerful, funny person my parents and brother and sisters would talk to and see on Hallock Street.

  9. Joann, I will miss you beyond words. You left me with so many happy memories from when we moved to
    Farmingdale in 1960, across the road from your Mom & Dad’s house. Your Mom was more to me than
    a first cousin, so was your Dad. You and the family were always happy people to be with. Joseph and Paul,
    Deborah & Lisa have so many happy memories the 10 years we lived there. I will miss our phone visits.
