I am sorry I have never gotten to meet the man that Joanne chose to be her beloved husband….May our Lord welcome you into His kingdom with open arms.
Dear Family,
Our hearts are heavy, knowing our family is suffering. We are praying for your strength in your faith. May the Lord wrap his arms around you and guide you through this devastating loss. Rest easy Jason … Aunt Rose is there, waiting with open arms.

At your wake was a jar to leave a memory of you for your family. What comes to mind is your beautiful loving heart. When you worked at the junkyard, you came across a scared homeless white pitbull. You won her trust by feeding her scraps from your lunch. You took her home and adopted her. Patches had a home and a family because of your kindness. This is a perfect example of who Jason Oates was: a kind, caring, beautiful soul who will be terribly missed by all who knew him. May God always watch over your wife and children and keep them safe.
Jason always had a great sense of humor, was a talented and insightful mechanic, and a proud father.
He will be missed terribly.
Sending my condolences to your family and friends. Especially to your parents, Jack, Cliff sister, wife and children. We will always love you Jay. Always.
Until we meet again…
