Charlie and I were so blessed to have Bill and Ruth as friends for so many years. Bill was a man of tremendous integrity and was intensely humble. He loved St. James and always tried to make it a great place to live and work and never ever seeked recognition for all that he did. He will be missed by so many. Rest in peace Bill and know your legacy will live on forever. Our hearts are broken, Charlie and Meg Shutka
