Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. You lit up our neighborhood every time you and Jeff arrived at Lake Jovita! You had the best Fourth of July Parties EVAH! Miss You 🥰

  2. For Karen and her beautiful family, Jeff, Katherine and Julia. So many memories of Karen. No one ever loved as much as Karen will ever be lost. Her memory lives on in all of us especially those 2 beautiful daughters.

  3. I enjoyed working with Karen, she was a mentor and a friend to me. Sorry to hear about her passing.
All the best to the family.

  4. You’re forever in my heart and soul. The truest warrior that God ever made. We’ll always be riding the wave together, my dear friend and I will see you again.

  5. candleAunts are truly like second mothers, always there with love, guidance, and support. I was so blessed to have Aunt Karen in my life. From our cherished get-togethers right after Christmas to celebrating life’s milestones together, she was a constant presence of joy and warmth.

I’ll never forget the pride she showed me on my wedding day, and how, without fail, she always sent me a message on my birthday telling me how proud she was of me. Those simple words meant the world, and they will stay with me forever.

Though I will miss her deeply, I take comfort knowing that she is resting in peace in heaven, watching over all of us. Aunt Karen we love you, rest in peace. ❤️

  6. Your smile lit up a room. I cherished your support. Thank you for all you did for the students of Long Island University.. May your light and enthusiasm live on in your loved ones.

  7. Your kindness and strength touched so many lives. I will always remember your warmth and the dedication you showed to our Long Island University team and the students you supported. Thank you for the impact you made and the inspiration you shared. May your spirit and love continue to shine through all who knew you.

  8. Karen was a special person. We couldn’t ask for a kinder neighbor. We will miss her bright smile. She would always be more concerned about our lives and health rather than her own.
What a Warrior. Truly an inspiration.

  9. Loved my Aunt Karen. It was always special seeing her on Holidays, she always hosted the best parties. From a young kid I could remember her face light up when she would give us our gifts. She truly was an amazing Aunt. Always giving, always loving. Loved making others happy she truly will be missed.

  10. I was truly blessed to have Aunt Karen in my life. Through marriage, I gained another Aunt. She always treated me like a niece. She always made me feel so welcomed to be apart of the family. She was such a light, always so happy to see you. I am so grateful to have had the years I had with her. She was a true Warrior. I know you will always watch over Uncle Jeff, Katherine and Julia. Your love for them will shine through everyday.
We will miss you tremendously, Aunt Karen. Love you forever. <3

  11. Karen was an incredible woman and a dear friend. We met at C.W. Post about 20 years ago and quickly discovered we both grew up as members of St. Luke’s in Farmingdale. While our parents knew each other from those early days, we didn’t connect until Post. The shared memories from church events and mutual friends made our bond form quickly.

I will always treasure our couples’ dinners, swimming in Florida, and our morning phone calls on the way to work.

Karen was the most positive person I’ve ever known, even during times when darkness would have broken most people.

Rest in peace, my dear friend. I look forward to the day we meet again and I see your beautiful smile once more.

  12. We will miss seeing you here in FL! You were a delightful person! Praying for Jeff and the family.

  13. candleI am so sorry Karen Gone too soon You were always a shining light & such a positive person. Growing up with you at St Luke’s & FHS Many memories May unrest in peace and God Bless your husband & beautiful girls ✝️🙏🏻
