  1. The world is a dimmer place without him. Condolences to all who loved him, which are legion in number, his Wife Colleen, and his Children, Mother, and extended family. He lit up a room, always was willing to lend a hand, and never ever had a unkind word for anyone. I will miss his friendship and loyalty and am grateful I had it. Rest in Peace Billy.
