  10. Cathy, words can’t express how much having you and Doug as our very special friends for almost 40 years has meant to Holly and me; and we look forward to many more years of friendship with you.

    I’ll forever miss Doug’s and my frequent phone conversations and our get togethers when you came to visit. He was truly a special one-of-a-kind person.
