Barbara Joan Brooks, age 88, of Stony Brook, New York died Thursday, December 25, 2025. Barbara was born May 8, 1937 in Brooklyn, New York. She is the daughter of the late Herman and the late Rose (Jacobs) Robins. She was predeceased by her husband, Ronald Ira Brooks in 2022. She was employed by Stony Brook Hospital, New York as a Unit Manager. She is survived by her loving son, David Brooks of Stony Brook, New York and her dear grandson, Jonathan Brooks. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. Burial will be in Mt.
