Born in: Queens , NY
Resided in: Lake Grove, NY

Michael J. Estock, 83, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family after fighting a long hard battle of health issues the past several months. He shared 62 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife Mary (Polistena) Estock.

He was the devoted daddy of Candi and Bobby, Jill and Scott, and Michael and Stefanie. He was the proud and loving Popa of Kayla, Caicee, Taylor, Tyler, Cristian, Caileigh and Kristina who all brought him immense happiness.

Michael was the cherished youngest brother to Catherine Rios, the late Marian Romanello and the late Dolores Kelleher. Although he was the youngest, they all looked to him for his wisdom and strength. Their bond was both heartwarming and unbreakable.

Michael was hard working and self taught. A man of great knowledge who could fix almost anything and was always eager to learn. Known for his kindness, brutal honesty and ability to take interest in others, he never hesitated to help and always remembered the little things that made people happy.

He cherished time spent with his grandchildren watching movies, taking on their interests or sharing a sweet treat. He also loved watching the Yankees with his wife and never missed an episode of 60 minutes or Seinfeld.

Michael will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him. May he rest in God’s eternal peace.
