About the Facilitators:

Scott and Carole Forsmith are facilitators of Grief support groups, serving the practical and emotional needs of those experiencing loss. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Scott has maintained a clinical counseling practice on Long Island for 35 years. Scott and Carole are married 40 years and enjoy serving together, providing insight and relief through their work.
