    I remember Allen going way back to elementary school as a friend with a calm, comforting demeanor. Also, maybe the fastest kid around when we played baseball and soccer! Good guy. My condolences. ❤️

Allen was one of my cops in Queens, great guy, always had a smile on his face. Very active cop and very compassionate. Rest in Peace my friend. The Blast team will always remember you.
