Dear grandfather of Michael, Jacob, Meghan, Garrett, Anthony, Emma, Olivia, Adelyn and Baby A. Loving brother of James, Barbara, Buddy, Billy, Jack and Tom. The family will receive friends 6-9 PM at The Branch Funeral Home 190 E. Main St. Smithtown, NY 11787. Funeral Mass Saturday 9 AM at St. Gerard Majella RC Church 300 Terryville Rd. Port Jefferson Station, NY 11776. Private cremation to follow.

It makes me happy to know you now know how very much you are loved (if there was any doubt about it before). There are no words that can express how much we love you and miss you!!! Treasuring the two Christmases we got to spend with you when you came to visit and spent Christmas Eve and Day with us. Those two Christmases were the absolute very best!!!!   11. I’m so sorry for your loss. I knew Danny from one of my best friends – his only sister. I think that my sister in law, Rae Caruso Quinn, was a coworker of Danny’s at some point. I googled Barbara’s name and it came up in the obituary. I would have addressed sooner if I knew.
