  4. candleI met Mr Henry Lee a few years ago. His daughter Valerie introduced me and a group of friends to him. Although it was a brief interaction, it was memorable. I remember his warm greeting that made us feel like he knew us for many years and his jokes that made us laugh. May he rest in Peace. My condolences to the family.

  5. candleI’ve know Henry for 40 years and he never changed. Always a soft spoken man, a devoted father, a good listener and a guy who loved to laugh. Thankfully, there were many laughs, too many to count within a diverse group of NYC-dwellers sharing stories with him about their experiences in selling real estate in 1980’s Manhattan with his late wife. Rest in peace now Henry for a life well lived and for which you will be remembered by family and friends.

  6. candleMy deepest condolences to Valerie and the Lee family for their loss. May Henry rest in peace and know his family and friends will never forget him.

  7. candleSending our love and deepest sympathy to you and your family Valerie. “Uncle Henry” will be missed and remembered. Thank you for sharing good times and memories. May he rest in peace 🙏🏻🕊️

  8. Of the myriad wonderful memories we have of Henry, excellent dining, whether dining out or enjoying Henry’s cooking, is a prominent theme. Of those, the incredible duck feast in Nice, France, stands out. Henry, Diana, my wife, Linda, and I arranged to converge in Nice and carry on through northern Italy, to visit Diana’s family, then back through France to Spain and on to Henry and Diana’s place in Alicante.

In Nice, Henry, with his internal restaurant divining rod, found a restaurant he knew that specialized in Duck. Everything Duck. Magret de canard, Canard a l’orange, Peking Duck, …. So good and so much more to taste, we returned the next night. Henry knew what was important in life and shared that special understanding with us all.

We miss Henry (and Diana) sorely. He made the world a much happier and warm place for everyone he knew or even encountered.

    With love and unforgettable memories,
    Linda & Marv White
