Tita Amor, it is without doubt that you led an awe-inspiring life as a brilliant physician and trailblazer for the Torno clan. What I will remember most is how warm, happy, and energetic you always were, how you loved the flowers in your garden, enjoyed eating at your go-to restaurants, and always looked smart and lovely in your favorite cashmere outfits, smile at the ready. You could have out-walked anybody with your boundless energy! One of the tagalog words you frequently said, “katiting”- which means little- will always remind me of you, and you may be one of the sweetest, petite women i know but there was nothing little about the love, care, kindness, and generosity that constantly and naturally emanated from your heart. Thank you for everything, Tita Amor. Rest in peace in the beautiful garden of Our Lord. We love and miss you dearly.
