Richie you were taken too soon , you have touched so many lives and were a great kid , I remember how funny you were and that u liked to eat the butter packets at the warrior dinner lol I will miss you !   35. If You do not want to modify your dietplan, I completely understand, so what you need to do is extreme exercise. You need to plan this out in advance and learn what kind of calories you’re eating and we are going to look at just how much exercise you will want to do, in order to push your body into a calorie deficit.

  36. I was friends with Rich at SUNY Albany and found this memorial in my effort to try to reconnect with him. Although our connection may have been brief, his memory has always stayed with me. He made me laugh like no other and I’m so sorry that he is no longer with us. My deepest sympathies to his wife and family.
