  8. candleCharlie and I were so blessed to have Bill and Ruth as friends for so many years. Bill was a man of tremendous integrity and was intensely humble. He loved St. James and always tried to make it a great place to live and work and never ever seeked recognition for all that he did. He will be missed by so many.
