When I met Bill, we discovered we were both Trekkies. Living in Singapore before the internet, we had no access to good TV so he used to record Star Trek episodes and send them to me. Those tapes were like gold! And from the very beginning, Bill has always been my Captain.

It is difficult to imagine a 5-star experience in the funeral home services, but Branch should really get an extra star! Our situation was unusual and difficult, in many regards, but Steve made all the pieces come together so well. He is very patient and understanding and the consummate professional.
