Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. candleMy heart is broken. Adrienne was an earthly light who is now an angel in heaven. I will miss her ready smile and big heart. But I’m happy for her now that she is with her beloved Carl. I’ve known this beautiful couple for 42 years since he hired me as his secretary at PRD (best boss ever!). Not only were Adrienne and Carl my friends but they made me feel like family. They will both be sincerely missed. Expressing sympathies to all their family and friends.

  2. Adrienne (and Carl) left a legacy behind. Their kindness, hospitality and thoughtfulness was well known and appreciated. I will miss talking with you Adrienne. You had a way of making a person feel like they were the only person in the room when you were talking to them. You made me laugh so much when you told a story. I’m sure you and Carl are happy to be together again. You leave behind a beautiful family that learned so much from you and Carl – what love truly is. I will always remember our last visit together and selfishly wish we had one more.

  3. candleSending sincere condolences to the Werners and Gabrelows on the passing of beautiful, kind and beloved Adrienne. She and Carl were always to kind and welcoming to me and my family. I am so very sorry for your family’s loss; it’s so sudden and horrible that she has passed. Thoughts of support to the Werner family and Gabrelow Clan.

  4. Adrienne was my friend of 70 years. We grew up together as best friends and later married first cousins. Adrienne was my best friend, my confidant and soul mate. I will carry her in my heart always! I miss her so very much!
Lisa, Jodi and Jim, Marc and Karen and all the wonderful grandchildren have been honored by having Adrienne and Carl in their lives. They knew how to celebrate life!
Their presence will be so missed by me. They are now together.

  5. Adrienne was an amazing person and a very special friend. Her smile could light up a room. We will miss you and think of you often. You will be remembered and by all. Love you,

  7. Adrienne was gracious, warm, kind, and the best hostess. We are heartbroken and in disbelief that you are no longer around to arrange our cousin get togethers. We will never forget you. You will live in our hearts forever. Our thoughts and prayers are with your loving family.

  8. Mel and I will always hold you dear in our heart that was never a more beautiful person inside and out more loving and caring than you. I will always have you on my shoulder and Carl on the other you both were more than loving friends you were family now and forever will miss you so much 🙏❤️

  9. Adrienne you will surely be missed. Unfortunately, I knew you for a very short time, but I was very fortunate to have gotten to know such a sincere, loving person. I will really miss you. 💐🌹🌺🌻

  10. Adrienne was a special lady! She enjoyed life to the fullest! Always with a smile and welcome to everyone, she will be missed. Karl is waiting.

  11. I’m having a hard time writing this, Adrienne was such a beautiful person inside and out. She had the best smile, she always made you feel like family. My heart breaks for the whole family, there will be a big hole in everybody’s hearts. Carl was there with open arms waiting to hold her again. You now have another beautiful angel to watch over all of you. Celebrate her life, she wouldn’t want you all sad. RIP Adrienne

  12. candleShe may not have been my nana but I had the privilege to call her nana. She treated me like one of her own. I will love and miss her gorgeous smile so much, rest easy.

  13. A shining light in all our lives, Adrienne laughed when we laughed, cried when we cried, and stood proud of our accomplishments as if we were her own children. She will be terribly missed xo

  16. I will miss my newest BFF Adrienne or as we called each other “Girlfriend” her way of always having an ear to listen to life’s stories and coming up with her theory to solve our worries. What a sweet beautiful mensch. Adrienne enjoyed life and lived life. She always had such kindness, and would bring Joel
his ring dings in case he didn’t have a supply. Take care of him were her famous words to me. That was our standing joke, do we need something she’ll pick it up for us. Forever love you and miss you Girl friend. So glad to have you as part of my memories.

  17. candleOur deepest sympathies to your family and loved ones. We remember your bright smile, sweet essence of humor and warm presence.

  21. You filled a room with laughter and life. Your contagious smile lifted spirits. Thankful to have been able to created memories with you.

  22. candleThat beautiful soul – my best memories of her will always be in the pool in North Carolina. The day my sister told me she passed away it was a dreary day and when I cried and remembered all the fun we had together the shine shone through the clouds for just a few minutes. She was saying goodbye to me as only she could with her sunny self. I feel very blessed to have know her and my deepest sympathy to her family who were her world

  23. We first met Adrienne and Carl 50 years ago, shortly after arriving in the USA. Adrienne was always so full of life, and her big smile whenever she saw you would brighten the day even if she was stuck in a line to purchase her latest choice of clothes. Adrienne’s upbeat personality and genuine affection she had for her friends has always been special.
Her family was always the center of her world and the genuine feelings she showed for her friends made them feel they have been a part of the family.
We will really miss her so much, but the memories of wonderful times we shared with Adrienne and Carl will always brighten our days.

  24. Lisa, Jodi, Marc and family – my heartfelt condolences to you all. Your mother was a special lady and had one of the best smiles, biggest laughs and warmest personalities of anyone I have ever met. Exactly 7 years ago today, she was instant messenging with me until the wee hours of the night, as I sat alone in the hospital, with my Dad as he was passing from this world into the next. I will never forget that and the peace of knowing that others cared…know that we all do and are better off for knowing her…Michael

  25. Tony and I are so saddened by Adrianne’s passing. She will be with her beloved Carl. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family. What a glorious person she was and left an incredible legacy with her family.

  26. Adrienne was a shining light. She always had a positive word to share with me. Always gave me wonderful motherly advice. At least she is with her loving husband now and I’m sure she is thrilled to see him again. Sitting at her dinner table she made me feel part of the family. I will truly miss that smiling face. Rest east Adrienne. Love you.
