Andrew J. Valentine

Andrew J. Valentine, Age 91, has sadly passed away on April 16, 2022 at the University Hospital Stony Brook with his family by his side. Andrew was born June 29, 1930 in Flushing, NY an only child of Rose and Andrew Valentine. He served in the US Navy from 1951 to 1953. He graduated from Adelphi and Farmingdale University majoring in chemistry. He was employed by Estee Lauder as a cosmetic chemist for 30 years retiring in 1992. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, hunting and boating. Andrew was a loving father and survived by his two sons, Andrew M. (Sue) and Michael J. Valentine, grandson AJ, sister-in-law Lorraine Pietrowski, niece Laura Evans, nephews Chet, Joey, and Stephen Pietrowski. Andrew was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years Anne Zarzanna Valentine, parents Rose and Andrew Valentine and brother-in-law Chester Pietrowski.
