Angela C. Currie, age 70, of Ridge died Monday, September 11, 2017. Angela was born January 9, 1947 in New York City, NY. She is the daughter of the late Angelo and Evelyn (Mirabile) Benneci. She was a Teacher employed by the New City Schools. She is survived by her husband: Douglas C, Currie ; her mother Evelyn (Mirabile) Benneci; 2 step sons, Gerald Currie of Virginia, Christopher Currie of Virgina and a step daughter, Debra Tross of Maryland she is also survived by 5 Step Grand Children. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 9:00 am on Thursday, September 14 at St. Anthony Of Padua R.C. Church, 614 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY with Joseph Costantino officiating. A Private cremation will follow. Visiting hours will be Wednesday, September 13 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY.
