Born in: Boville Ernica, Italy
Resided in: Greenwich, CT

Anna Viti Fini, who emigrated from Boville Ernica, Italy and resided in Saint James, NY and Greenwich, CT, passed away on December 27, 2020 surrounded by her family. She was 86 years old, and was predeceased by her loving and dedicated spouse of 47 years, Giovanni Fini. Anna was a devoted mother to her three children: Roberto (Michele Conlon-Fini), Rosa (Scott Sullivan), and Giulia. The greatest joy in her life was being a grandmother to nine grandchildren: John, Elisandra, Jacquline, Christina, Melissa, Matthew, Michael, Madelyn, and Jenna — and most recently her first great-grandchild, Elisa Nicole. They were always an active part of her life right up until it was time to go home to God. Despite losing her vision as a young woman, she crocheted, sewed, and ruled her kitchen (even jarred tomatoes and made homemade pasta!). She loved sharing her Italian heritage with her family, particularly through cooking. Family and friends will always cherish the memories of being fed by her – especially her gnocchi, fettuccine, and ciammelle, which were a delicious labor of love. She loved her family, was a wonderful mother, nonna, and zia, and will be sorely missed.
