Anna Marie Matthews, age 87, of Rocky Point died Friday, February 23, 2018. Anna Marie was born June 26, 1930 in Queens, NY. She is the daughter of the late Frederick and the late Anna Marie (Fink) Melle. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert C. Matthews in 2002. She is survived by two daughters: Ellen Braunstein of Rocky Point, NY and Marieanne Recchione of Middle Island, NY, and three sons: Bob Matthews of Holbrook, NY, Bryan Matthews of West Islip, NY and Mark Matthews of Seaford, NY. She also has eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren. The Religious services will be held 3:00 pm on Sunday, February 25 at Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY. Visiting hours will be Sunday, February 25 from 2 - 4PM at Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY. A Private Cremation will follow.
