Resided in: Woodbury, New York

Anne, also known as “Mom” and “Grandma”, was a very loving and patriotic person. She is survived by her sons and their respective wives Chris (Josephine) and Greg (Sue). She also has four wonderful grandchildren, Stefanie, Sarah, Anthony and Alex, whom she loved dearly. Anne always wanted to put the needs of others above her own. She was a caring and nurturing mother, who desired the best for her sons, even volunteering at their schools to stay involved and in-touch. Anne loved her country, respected its flag and admired and always thanked every uniformed person serving in the military or police force. Some might call her “Miss America !” Anne is now reunited with Tony, her late husband (“143 Tony”) and will be greatly missed & loved forever, by all.

  1. candleDear Sweet Anne, a wise man once said “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” And you gave the world 2 wonderful sons and grandchildren that adore you. You will be sorely missed, especially when you butt dialed me! But I know that you are dancing to Billy Joel with Tony right about now. Rest in peace, Michelle

  2. Dear ‘Ninnie’ (nickname since childhood) My Aunt & Godmother i will miss you! ❤️.
Who will call me ‘Joy-a-Belle’ now? You were the best Aunt anyone could ask for. I will and always have cherished the little gifts you sent me over the years..’just for nothing ‘ because you saw it in a store & thought of me. Now when I see them…I will think of you. I’m happy for you to be reunited with Uncle Tony & my Mom & Dad (& the rest of the Daly siblings) 🙏❤️

  3. candleDear Anne, I counted it a privilege to be Tony’s and your caregiver while here in Florida. You were one of the most thoughtful, kindest , and such a joy to be with. I miss our chats and I will always miss your texts on every holiday. You never ceased to forget me even though we were miles apart. I miss you sweet friend. I pray that your family knows the love of Jesus and that He will guide them in the truth and knowledge of Him.

  4. Chris and Greg. I am so saddened by this great loss for your family. I loved and liked your dad and mom. They were polar opposites. I will especially remember your mom for her saying “three hots and a cot”. She had no filter on her tongue. I was fortunate she liked me.
The one trait they both shared (although they were polar opposites) were love of family, country, each other and always being honest. I still miss your dad and will miss your mom. May her memory be a blessing to you.

  5. candleShe was a wonderful friend to our mom, Mary Cronin. And was always a cheerleader to all of us Cronin kids! God bless her and may all your memories keep her kind and living spirit alive and give you comfort.
