So sorry for the family’s loss. My wife and I consider Art a dear neighbor and friend and are very saddened by this sudden loss. I personally looked forward to seeing Art and chatting and had always hoped for a closer friendship. I will miss his pleasant and humorous presence in the little day to day neighborhood life.
