Ashley was a friend of my friend and father figure Nikolai Volkoff of the WWE Hall of Fame. They first met in London at an autograph signing and were friends at other autograph signings. I met Ashley briefly with Nikolai in New York a few years ago but it was an impactful meeting. My heart breaks for both of our family’s losses but I know Nikolai is now protecting Ashley as he protected me throughout the years of our time together. SincerelyJason Strecker
