Barbara Jean Langella, age 87, of Rocky Point, New York died Saturday, August 26, 2023. Barbara was born September 24, 1935 in Brooklyn, New York. She is the daughter of the late Robert and the late Antoinette (Camperlingo) Morgan. She was employed as a clerical worker at Brookhaven National Lab, Upton, New York. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Anthony Langella in 2001 and her daughter, Linda Leonardo in 2014. She is survived by her loving children, Jill Giuffrida of Smithtown, New York, Russell Korth of Rocky Point, New York and William Korth of New Jersey. Barbara is the dear sister of one brother, Robert Morgan of New Jersey. She is also the cherished grandmother of ten grandchildren and seven precious great grandchildren. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. Celebration of the Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 am on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at St. Anthony Of Padua R.C. Church, 614 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Coram, New York. Visiting hours will be Friday, September 1, 2023 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York.   1. She was the facilitator for a cancer support group at St Anthony’s and helped me greatly in my recovery. 30 years!

  2. Celebrating the life of Nanny who always found a moment to connect at every gathering and had the best dance moves. Her kindness was infinite.

  3. Nanny lived a meaningful life with multiple generations that will continue her legacy of helping others. We imagine her dancing in heaven.
