Carol Lynn Belsha, age 83, of Riverhead, New York died Sunday, January 8, 2023. Carol was born June 24, 1939 in Rock Hill, New Jersey. She is the daughter of the late Raymond and the late Doris (Matthews) Whitney. Carol was predeceased by her beloved husband, John W. Belsha in 2011. She is survived by three loving daughters, Donna Kennedy of Middle Island, New York, Peggy Hubbard of Riverhead, New York and Debra Belsha of Laurel Hill, Florida. Carol is the cherished grandmother of seven grandchildren and one precious great grandson, Ellis. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM on Friday January 13, 2023 at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 716 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. Burial will follow in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, New York. Visiting hours will be Thursday, January 12, 2023 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
