Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Love you so much, Cathy. I’m going to miss your beautiful smile and kind, thoughtful ways. I always loved spending time with you and talking about old times. Please give my daughter and husband a hug from me – until we all meet again.

  2. I always loved going home to visit Aunt Cathy. We had our little rituals, our before dinner glass of wine & we would sit & just chitchat. If I came home in the warmer weather we had a list of garden jobs to do which we both enjoyed & loved being outside. Then of course I would say it’s time to eat & we would go out for lunch & maybe dinner. She always said when she was with me or anyone in my immediate family that she ended up gaining weight!
My Aunt Catherine’s been in my life since I was about 8 or 9 years old. I remember the day she & Uncle came over & told Marie they were getting married. Needless to say we were all very excited. And the best part was when they moved into the little house behind ours. She always had some special treat, from scratch chocolate chip cookies or yellow cake with chocolate frosting to give me. She always greeted me, would say go in & get changed & come back over & waiting for me was something delicious & a big glass of milk & we would sit & chitchat – I guess that’s when it started.
The world is a sadder place without her & she will be missed by so many.

  3. candleMrs Mac,
I have known you for so long. I will miss you so much. Our discussions at Christmas and your trip to my house for Billy’s graduation. That meant so much to me. You were so special to my sister and the rest of our family. Please give Elaine a hug from me. We now know there is another angel in heaven. Much love always

  4. I was a counselor at Murphy during your time at R.C. Murphy, I will always remember our chats, and your kind, sweet character. Rest In Peace. With fond memories, Paul

  5. With my deepest condolences . Lord; … Please welcome Catherine into you Blessed Kingdom, & may she fly with the Angels in Heaven, for she had the kindest soul on Earth … Rest in Peace forever with Dave.
