Charles Evans Hughes

Charles Evans Hughes, age 79, of Ridge, New York died Sunday, August 1, 2021. Charles was born April 13, 1942 in Brooklyn, New York. He is the son of the late David and the late Alma (Albrecht) Hughes. He served in the Navy 1961 to 1965. He was employed by DLJ Asset Management, New York City, New York as a Senior VP of Operations. He is survived by his beloved wife Margaret O'Neill-Carroll, his loving children, Charles Hughes of Staten Island, New York, Curtis Hughes of Mayopac, New York, Carolyn Hughes of Woodbury, New York and Catherine Corwin of Brooklyn, New York. He is the cherished grandfather of twenty one grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
