  5. Danny was a great friend, and teammate. I played softball with Danny for many years and over that time I got to know and understand who he truly was. He was one of the biggest competitors I have ever met, and a true gamer. Not to mention, the best leadoff hitter I have ever played with. I feel blessed that I was friends with such a great man.   7. I first met Danny in college in 1974 and the greatest compliment I can give is that over the last 42 of knowing my friend, I knew that when I was to be with him, it would be fun. I will cherish the memories with him, I will miss my buddy. He touched me in so many ways. Some day we will once again have fun together and rekindle the stories of college. The skies are getting one fun person.

  8. Our deepest sympathy to Dan’s wife and daughter. Dan was our families accountant for 17 years. He was a wonderful guy who was always happy to see us and chat with us when we came to the office. He and his great staff, especially Kim, have handled all of our financial affairs for these many years.We are so sad to know of his passing. We will keep his familyclose in our thoughts and prays.   18. Our heartfelt condolences to Dan’s wife and family. We heard of Dan’s passing this morning here in Hartford CT. My wife and I knew Dan from HS South, and reconnected with him for the 35th reunion. Dan’s spirit, enthusiasm and smile will provide us sweet memories.

  20. Sad news I just found out about today…Dan was my accountant for the last 7 years or so and though we only saw each other once a year it was always a pleasant visit filled with laughter. He will be missed.
