The Sullivan Family is deeply sorry for the loss of a great guy. We will always remember him cheering Sam on at his hockey games – he was always there!
Arlene, I am so sorry….no words can express the deep sorrow I have for you and the kids. I know it’s always hard to say until we meet again; but I’m sure Dan is resting easy and probably telling a million stories to his brother firefighters..I am so glad that I had the honor of vacationing with you and Dan in Key West and on the Oasis of the Seas cruise. Keep in Touch.. Nancy
Thinking of all Sam’s family and friends during this difficult time. Hoping you can find comfort and peace, and continuing love through shared memories. RIP
I’m glad that Nancy and I had the opportunity to spend time with you and Arlene over the last year and a half. God bless you and your family my Brother. You will be missed and never forgotten.
Sending Our Thoughts & Prayers To Arlene & Family Dan was a wonderful loving man that had a heart of gold. The Lord has gained a True Fireman Angel 🇺🇸 Love Ya Cousin
I am sorry for your loss. At this difficult time please remember the Bible’s promise at Acts 24:15 which says: ‘And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.’ May ‘the God of all comfort’, comfort you in all your trials. (2 Cor.1:3,4)
I was Dan’s Captain in E75 when he went over to L33. Hated to see him go. He was a heck of a firefighter and a great guy. I always smile when I think back about the time he started birdwatching. Later, I was a Chief in Batt 19 when he left for R4. Again , hated to see him go. I called him at R4 to congratulate him. One special guy who loved his job. RIP Dan.

May Sam rest in peace. I grew up knowing Danny as Sam and ‘Hippie’ as mother of mercy would call him. Camping in one of my fond memories of him.
