Sincere condolences, rest in peace.

My 2 older brothers and I met Dave after his PD years when he was back in Aviation at JFK. The 3 of us all worked with him from time to time before we transferred out if JFK. He was such a nice and humble person. May his soul rest in peace and our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

My deepest sympathy to LT. Lajoie’s family and friends.

My condolences to the LaJoie family. Worked with Dave at the 25 pct yrs ago and have fond memories of much laughter and shenanigans with Dave on & off duty. May he rest in peace. Gone but not forgotten!🙏🙏🙏

I also worked with Dave in the 25. He was a very soft spoken, all around good guy. You could tell he loved his family. RIP Dave

My deepest condolences to the Lajoie family. David was such a delightful person and I’m glad to have worked with him during my tenure at JFK with Virgin Atlantic. He will be remembered as very dependable and cheerful person, great A/C mechanic but definitely an excellent person. May he rest in peace.

Had the honor of working with Dave, better known as, “Asian Dave” at JFK. He had me saved as “Short Round” in his contacts from Indiana Jones. I will always cherish the stories and laughters we had at work. Rest easy.

Calm and trustworthy friend. Enjoyed our chats at JFK with Evergreen Airlines, and his simple outlook on life, love of family and passion for his work. I miss him, but our memories are for a lifetime. Rest in peace my brother. My thoughts and prayers to his family.
