Loving father of Lorraine (Douglas) Maag, Glenn Phillips (Regina) , Bruce (JoAnn) Phillips, Caralyn (Tammy) Sweeten and Susan (James) Slear. Cherished grandfather of Dylan, Connor, Tyler, Trever, Kristine, Katie, Madison, Ainsley, Braedon, Emma and Iris.

My favorite memory was watch Ed read a story to newest grandchild Christine who was far away . He read better than Mr Roger’s and we all watched it on VHS tape.
His voice was always full of love and genuine caring. He was like no other. His family and all who knew him were blessed. May Jesus hold you all in his living arms right now🙏
I met Ed playing ball we both had the same love the Dodgers I am glad I got to know Ed he will be missed
I got to know Ed from our senior softball days. Ed was a great player and a fine person. He was easy to talk to and fun to be around. He stopped playing a few years ago but still loved watching the games and staying in touch with some of the players. A number of us would get together for breakfast during the winter months and Ed would make the trip just to be with the guys. Talking about all the memories we had playing and any other topic made the time together so much fun. He will be missed by all of us. God Bless.
