My loving daughter my baby girl I’m going to miss you so much you are the light of my life you fill me with joy and happiness love your determination and perseverance through all you let nothing stop you you continue on with your test have fun make an impression on people I didn’t get to see you go you are an outstanding phenomenal young woman you shine and many people throughout your life you touch many hearts I love you my dear

For aunt Entebbe. I appreciate all the great times and countless great memories that was shared when I was growing up. From basically cheating on my homework and having her basically do the world social studies homework for me, to ordering Papa John’s on the weekends downstairs. Even when she was going through own challenges she always managed to give something back to a world that didnt really care much about anything. She was an exceptional scholar, a diverse hobbyist, an animal lover (mainly cats), a caregiver, and all around great aunt. I’m not the best at these so that’s all I can write. Appreciate everything she did. Take Care.

From the first time we met over 16 years ago I could feel your special soul.
You were reserved at first but over the years I saw you were such a devoted daughter, sister and Aunt. It was always a pleasure when we would have our spontaneous chats and catch up. Although we never met in person, or at least I don’t remember if we did, I am so thankful that I had a chance to chat with you briefly on Facebook. You were trying to figure out how to get your pictures off your phone. I will forever be grateful for the connection we had that day. It looks like God has gained another angel. Say hello to all of our family members for me, especially Mama Frances, Uncle Charles, and your dad’s twin which happens to my dad. You will forever be apart of our lives. Love Cousin Rei.

Gone from our sight but never from our heart .Comfort comes from knowing that people have made the same journey. And solace comes from understanding you are not alone and how you will learn to sing again.
For prayer is hope put to the test. And hope is faith is what is best. Your basket of grieve is put to the test but Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

To the family:
With the deepest of sympathy we are truly sorry for this great loss that you are experiencing. We pray that you find comfort in the Lord as he holds you in the palm of his hands during this difficult time. Matthew 5:4 (NIV) “Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” We pray increased strength, comfort and the peace that surpasses all understanding over your family.

My heart breaks knowing that I will never see you again. You were one of the first to welcome me into the Burton family circle. You treated me as I was your own blood. That is a gift that I have cherished from day one. You were so vibrant; full of love, laughter, and jokes. Watching you with Kyeshia and Kenjii, they way you guy always cracked on each was hysterical for me to see. You have one of the brightest lights that has ever shone in this world. Now, our world for the moment is a little bit darker, but with the memories and love that your family and friends has for you, we will make sure your light never extinguishes. I pray that the peace that may have eluded you in the physical form, you find in the spiritual. You will forever be in my heart and my prayers. You left a mark on this world that won’t soon be forgotten. While your time with us wasn’t as long as we would’ve liked, it remains a blessed period in our lives because you were there for it. For you to be called home so soon, it’ll hurt us for a while, but we will smile knowing that you are in a happier place, with never ending laughter and smiles.
