Francis Celentano, Jr.

Francis Celentano, Jr., age 68, of Ridge, New York died Sunday, May 8, 2022. Francis was born November 23, 1953 in Queens, New York. He is the son of the late Francis and the late Eileen (Gilmartin) Celentano. He was employed by Stony Brook University Hospital, Stony Brook, New York as an Engineer. He is survived by his beloved wife Lynne (O'Halloran) Celentano and two loving sons, Joseph Celentano and Scott Celentano. He was the dear brother of Carol Ann Schroeder, Randy Ann Freund, Theresa Celentano, John Celentano, Robert Celentano, Joseph Celentano, and James Celentano. He was also the cherished grandfather of Joey, Jared, Jace, Gianna, and Julian. His brother, Thomas Celentano predeceased him in 2016. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. Celebration of the Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 am on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at St. Anthony Of Padua R.C. Church, 614 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Coram, New York. Visiting hours will be Tuesday, May 10, 2022 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York.
