Beloved husband of Lorraine. Loving father of Susanne Wood (the late Ronald Jr.), Tracy Quinones (Thomas) & Jean Pils (Dean). Cherished grandfather of Ron (Amanda), Anthony, Kenny, Michael, Tyler, Zachary, Mitchell, Katlien & Ryan. Devoted great grandfather of Serenity, Ryker, Skyler, Jude, Kenzie, Mia & Christian. Dear brother of Sam (Noi) & Nick (Lillian).

So sorry for the loss of a brother in arms, and a great friend. I will always remember the great times we had when our families got together. The memories will never be forgotten, love to all.
LOVE is the one best word that I could use to describe Frank. He was always available to help a friend and a veteran. I couldn’t begin to remember all the kind things he did for everyone. I’ll miss his sense of humor, the many times we shared coffee in our kitchen and his. I was always impressed of his extensive knowledge of guns. Frank was one of the finest men that I have ever met and will forever consider him a good friend. TOM SPICA
